Outside of his captain’s hat, George is an enthusiast of gastronomy and wine tasting, savoring the flavors of different cultures. His passion for horse riding and mountain excursions reflects his love for adventure and the great outdoors.

Astrid Guerrero is a seasoned Chief Officer with 11 years of maritime experience, including serving on tanker ships over 300 meters and performing as Chief Officer before transitioning to the luxury yachting industry. For Astrid, being on the water is more than a career, it’s a lifestyle. Her leadership, hands-on approach, and passion for the sea have made her a trusted and inspiring figure onboard.
Astrid thrives on challenges. In her free time, she enjoys diving, hiking, yoga and water sports. Her ultimate dream is to retire on her own sailing boat, continuing to explore and dive into new adventures every day.

Mykhailo Myronov is an experienced and dedicated Chief Engineer with a decade of expertise in managing and maintaining complex yacht systems. With over 12 years in the luxury yachting industry, Nikolina Stojicic has expertly led teams of stewardesses, ensuring top-notch service and seamless operations on board. Fluent in English and Serbian, with conversational Spanish and Russian, she connects effortlessly with an international clientele, enhancing every journey with her warm, engaging demeanor.
When she’s not perfecting the guest experience, Nikolina embraces an active and adventurous lifestyle. She’s passionate about yoga, hiking, climbing, and swimming with sharks; a thrilling fascination she’s carried for years. A true lover of the outdoors, she’s often found kayaking, seeking new adventures, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that fuels her high-energy service on board.

One of the most unforgettable moments was crossing the Red Sea on a route from Greece to Thailand, where the yacht came under attack from Somali pirates, straight out of a scene from Captain Phillips. After an intense exchange of fire, they managed to escape with the hull scarred but everyone safe.

With over 5 years in the luxury yachting industry, Natalia Vaz is a dedicated and highly skilled Second Stewardess known for her ability to lead with confidence while being an integral part of a cohesive team. Whether overseeing day-to-day interior operations or collaborating with her colleagues to ensure exceptional service, Natalia’s strong leadership and teamwork make her a valuable asset on board.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, Natalia builds strong connections with guests and crew alike, bringing warmth and enthusiasm to every voyage. Her diverse skill set includes silver service, mixology, food presentation, and event coordination, all executed with meticulous attention to detail.

Andres Bolanos – Bosun
Andres Bolanos is an adventurous and skilled Bosun with a lifelong connection to the sea, inspired by his marine biologist father. Starting as a Dive Master Instructor, Andres has explored unique underwater worlds and taken on challenging roles aboard both motor and sailing yachts. With extensive experience in deck operations, diving, and navigation, he thrives in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safe and efficient yacht operations.
A true sailor at heart, Andres is passionate about surfing, fishing, and capturing stunning ocean views as a drone pilot. His love for adventure and the open water fuels his dedication to yachting, whether navigating calm seas or braving challenging storms.
Andres once sailed solo from Fort Lauderdale to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands aboard a 58-foot catamaran. Battling bad weather for 8 days, he proved his resilience and skill as a true sailor, embodying the spirit of adventure that defines his career.

Jordan Webster – Deck/Engineer
Jordan Webster is a versatile and enthusiastic Deck/Engineer whose passion for the sea and mechanical prowess bring reliability and excitement to any yacht. Growing up on the South African coast, Jordan’s early years were filled with water sports and ocean adventures, instilling a lifelong connection to the sea. He holds a university degree in International Supply Chain Management, giving him a strategic edge in operational planning and logistics.
Outside of his work, Jordan thrives on staying active and adventurous. He enjoys working out, running, hiking, and rock climbing. His interests extend to motorbiking, diving, skydiving, playing golf, rugby, and paddle tennis. As a businessman at heart, he loves reading educational and financial books to keep growing professionally and personally.
Jordan’s zest for life took on new meaning after surviving a plane crash, a harrowing experience that reinforced his commitment to living each day to the fullest. This turning point made him a fair and responsible leader who inspires those around him. Tanith Marais – 3rd Stew
At just 23 years old, Tanith has already traveled to 22 countries, immersing herself in diverse cultures and refining her skills to create memorable experiences for guests. She began her career as a Deck/Stew, but her love for guest interaction and attention to detail led her to focus exclusively on stewardess duties, where she truly shines.
A lover of travel and exploration, Tanith finds peace in the sea and joy in meeting people from different cultures. She enjoys decorating tables to create beautiful settings for guests and takes pride in her ability to bring creativity and charm to every meal. Her adventurous spirit and warm personality are key to her success in yachting.
Tanith discovered her passion for helping others at the age of 17 when she volunteered at a boarding house in England, working with children aged 3 to 16. This fulfilling experience sparked her desire to serve and connect with people, eventually leading her to yachting. For Tanith, the sea offers a serene lifestyle and the perfect backdrop for her dedication to guest satisfaction and cultural exchange.
